Application of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The Customer's order implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions in full by checking the "accept" box when placing their order.
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
However, CRAZYLACE France cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions in this presentation.
The photographs illustrating the products in support of the text are not contractually binding.
Furthermore, the lighting of digital platforms may distort the image depending on the settings of computers, tablets, or laptops.
Order
Automatic recording systems are considered proof of the nature, content, and date of the order. CRAZYLACE FRANCE confirms acceptance of the order to the customer at the email address provided. The sale will only be concluded upon confirmation of the order. CRAZYLACE FRANCE reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order. The information provided by the buyer when placing the order is binding on the buyer: in the event of an error in the recipient's contact information, the seller cannot be held responsible for any inability to deliver the product. We aim to process your order quickly, but may take up to one month due to delivery issues, as per Article L.212-16.
In the event of a stock shortage
When placing the order, CRAZYLACE FRANCE will inform the buyer of the availability of the products they wish to purchase. However, if, despite our best efforts, the products prove temporarily unavailable after your order has been placed (out of stock, etc.), we will inform you by email of the additional delay or cancellation of the order.
In the event of cancellation of an item or order, the corresponding amounts will be deducted from the bank transaction or refunded.
Our Deliveries
Europe is delivered by La Poste with tracking *four to six days (4-6) in Europe and ten to fifteen days (5-8) for the rest of the world. Please note that orders placed on the Site on Friday afternoons after 11:00 a.m., on Saturdays or Sundays, will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on the Site on a public holiday will be processed the following business day.
Orders processed: Monday to Friday and shipped: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
*In addition, La Poste is a service provider that we use and is not a wholly owned company.
Tracking Number: Tracking numbers are automatically sent to your email address. If you have not received anything, you can request a new one at the following email address: contact@crazylace.fr
Products ordered by the Customer are delivered to the address provided by the Customer. The Customer may have the Products delivered to an address other than their own, with the exception of PO boxes and hotels.
Delivery may not be guaranteed in cases of force majeure as defined in Article 10.1 below.
In the event of a postal delivery delay, we invite you to report this delay by contacting our Customer Service at contact@crazylace.fr.
We also recommend contacting your "neighbors/concierge," who are kind enough to collect packages.
We will contact the Post Office to initiate an investigation after the 15-business-day waiting period, in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
This investigation by the Post Office can last up to 21 business days from the date of the request.
