How long does it take to receive my order?
Your order is usually processed within 24 to 48 hours.
• For France, delivery takes about 2 to 3 business days.
• For Europe, expect up to 5 business days.
• For worldwide delivery, it usually takes between 5 and 8 business days, depending on the destination.
How long do I have to return a product?
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it. Items must be unworn, untried, and returned with the invoice.
As our products are textile-based, we cannot accept used items.
When will I be refunded?
Once your return is accepted, your refund will be processed within 14 days, using the same payment method you used (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Depending on your bank, the refund may appear within 48 hours to 5 business days.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes! We offer bulk pricing starting from 50 pairs for individuals.
For professionals, we offer special rates. Please send us your request by email for a custom quote.

Do you customize shoelaces?
Yes, we do! Starting at 100 pairs, our in-house design studio can create custom shoelaces with text, logos, or illustrations, perfect for events, brands, festivals, birthdays, or corporate gifts.
All designs are printed on both sides.

Why are some shoelaces out of stock?
Some styles sell out quickly due to high demand, especially from our professional clients.
Restocks happen frequently. You can email us to ask when a specific model will be available again.

Do you offer gift packaging?
