At crazylace, orders are processed and shipped quickly within 24/48 hours*.

SHIPPING Europe and Worldwide

Tuesday-Wednesday-Friday.

Please note that all orders placed on Fridays after 11 a.m. and on weekends will be shipped on Monday.

On public holidays, shipping may be delayed to another day.

For overseas territories, tracked delivery is €3.50 (delivery time 5-10 days).

International and European delivery with tracking is €5.50.

You will automatically receive a tracking number upon dispatch to the email address you provided when placing your order.

Processing is Monday to Friday.

Shipping is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times Europe: 3 to 7 days

International: USA, Canada, and England: 5 to 8 days (this is an average).

We recommend that you clearly state your email address and mobile number for shipments abroad.

Please note that customs fees are your responsibility "Outside Europe," normally for purchases over €150.

All orders are sent in a white bubble-wrapped envelope. Your order does not require your presence; if you are not present, your order will be delivered directly to your mailbox.

*For Swiss, British, or other non-EU nationals, you are importing products that may be subject to local taxes and customs duties. These customs duties are the customer's responsibility.
