You will first have to make the request to us by contacting us by email: crazylace@live.fr don't forget to give us your order number.

• We will not accept any returns without prior request.
• return not supported (unless we are mistaken, the return will be refunded).
• If you want to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help! You have 14 days following your purchase to return your product in exchange for a credit, a replacement product or a refund from the payment method used for your purchase.

We do not take back products:

• Sale items cannot be taken back or exchanged. (specify when purchasing)
• Items must be returned with their label and in their original packaging (in a ring or on an unremoved cardboard box) exactly as you received it. identical for brands such as ULACE, IRUN, FAMACO ... in their original unopened and torn packaging.
• Returned items must show no signs of wear, stains, or tried. The laces are fabric products as soon as you try them on a pair of shoes you make them unsuitable for resale, we advise you to take the measurement of your old laces, otherwise no refund will be made.

Refund

From receipt of the products, we have a period of 14 days from receipt and verification of the goods to make the refund to you.

The refund will be made directly to the payment method you have chosen.

By paypal in general during the day see 48/72H.

By credit card in 48/72h to see it credited to your account according to the banks.

If however, you still have not received the refund, please contact us.
